Salmon Avocado Toast

Ingredients

  • 4 thick slices of dark sourdough
  • 1 avocado
  • 3 tbsp Low Fat Natural Yogurt
  • A squeeze of lemon juice
  • 160g PARAMOUNT SALMON
  • 2 salad onions, sliced
  • 4 tsp Chilli Jam

Method

  1. Scoop the avocado into a medium bowl.
  2. Add the lemon juice and yogurt. Mash until smooth.
  3. Spread the avocado on the slice of toast.
  4. Top with the salmon, onions and chilli jam.
