Salmon Avocado Toast

Ingredients
- 4 thick slices of dark sourdough
- 1 avocado
- 3 tbsp Low Fat Natural Yogurt
- A squeeze of lemon juice
- 160g PARAMOUNT SALMON
- 2 salad onions, sliced
- 4 tsp Chilli Jam
Method
- Scoop the avocado into a medium bowl.
- Add the lemon juice and yogurt. Mash until smooth.
- Spread the avocado on the slice of toast.
- Top with the salmon, onions and chilli jam.
