Healthy Salmon and Avocado Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados, diced
  • 8 cups mixed greens
  • ¼ cup dried goji berries
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
  • 200g PARAMOUNT SALMON
  • ¼ cup Miso Dressing

Method

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced avocados and mixed greens.
  2. Add the dried goji berries, pumpkin seeds and Miso Dressing.
  3. Divide the salad in 4 bowls and top each with Paramount salmon.
