Healthy Salmon and Avocado Salad

Ingredients
- 2 avocados, diced
- 8 cups mixed greens
- ¼ cup dried goji berries
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
- 200g PARAMOUNT SALMON
- ¼ cup Miso Dressing
Method
- In a large bowl, combine the diced avocados and mixed greens.
- Add the dried goji berries, pumpkin seeds and Miso Dressing.
- Divide the salad in 4 bowls and top each with Paramount salmon.
