Salmon Pasta Bake

Ingredients
- Pasta Penne 500g
- 1 large can of low salt cream of asparagus or celery/mushroom soup
- 1 large chopped onion
- 1 capsicum chopped
- ¾ tsp mixed herbs
- ½ cup low-fat grated cheese
- ½ cup frozen peas
- 1 x 400g PARAMOUNT SALMON
Method
- Cook pasta according to packet directions and drain
- Cook onion and capsicum with a spray or 1 teaspoon oil in a saucepan.
- Add a tin of soup, peas and herbs.
- Add salmon (and add some water if the mixture is too thick).
- Put in an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Place in a preheated moderate (180°C) oven until cheese melts and golden.
