Salmon Pasta Bake

Ingredients

  • Pasta Penne 500g
  • 1 large can of low salt cream of asparagus or celery/mushroom soup
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 1 capsicum chopped
  • ¾ tsp mixed herbs
  • ½ cup low-fat grated cheese
  • ½ cup frozen peas
  • 1 x 400g PARAMOUNT SALMON

Method

  1. Cook pasta according to packet directions and drain
  2. Cook onion and capsicum with a spray or 1 teaspoon oil in a saucepan.
  3. Add a tin of soup, peas and herbs.
  4. Add salmon (and add some water if the mixture is too thick).
  5. Put in an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  6. Place in a preheated moderate (180°C) oven until cheese melts and golden.
