Salmon, Rocket & Herb Cream Cheese Bruschetta


Serves: 4
Prep time: 15 minutes

  • 250g spreadable cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons snipped chives
  • 11/2 tablespoons chopped dill
  • 3 x 100g cans PARAMOUNT SALMON
  • 8 slices woodfired bread, toasted
  • 75g baby rocket
  • 11/2 tablespoons baby capers, rinsed
  • lemon wedges (optional), to serve


  • Combine cream cheese and herbs. Drain salmon and flake into large pieces. Spread cream cheese mixture over each slice of toasted bread. Top with rocket, salmon and capers. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
